How do I get started on a project?  It's super easy. Just drop us an email, text, or call to let us know what you need and we can send a written estimate for your approval to get started.

I am starting a new business, how can Creative Mix help?  We can give you a great package deal that will save you hundreds$$ When you order multiple products we give you a deeper discount. We recommend that after you finalize the business name, we will start with a logo design, then business cards. You will also probably need a basic website and possibly brochure. Depending on the type of business you are starting, we may be able to help setup other essentials such as 1-800 number, tax ID, Sales Tax registration and more.

How do I see my proofs?  You will receive email proofs in the form of PDF files. We will work back and forth on changes until you are satisfied and no further changes are required. When you are ready you will sign off on your job before it goes to press.

When and how do I make a payment for my project?  Creative Mix accepts most credit cards through PayPal processing online. Just request to pay by credit card and we will send you a direct link to process your card securely online. We also accept checks, money orders, and good ole fashioned cash. 

Project Deposits. All projects ordered require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is to due upon completion of artwork. If you are ordering print products you would pay the deposit and then the remaining balance is due when you sign off for printing. After payment is received, your job is printed and delivered directly to your door. If you are ordering a product that does not require printing, such as a website, then you pay the deposit to begin work and the remaining balance is due when you approve your website and it is launched.

Why do I need to pay a deposit? We have found that when clients are serious about getting their projects done they will confirm that commitment with a deposit. Also by making that initial investment you will be motivated to complete your project in a timely manner.  It shows us that you value our professional time as we do yours.
